This book repeatedly contradicts Holy scriptures. Although interesting, it is a false perspective (based on God’s Holy word) of who God is.

Pedometer is easy to set up. I like having the secondary clip to hold it in place, and reduce the chance of losing it .
The multiple functions are easy to maneuver.

I have 2 copies of this book, and I refer to them and lend them out frequently. I and many others whose opinion I respect have found the truth in this book to be consistent with the Bible and life changing. It is primarily about growing in emotional maturity which is sorely needed in our world and our church today. It teaches us how some of the lacks or hurts we have from childhood affect us today, but more importantly, God’s plan for healing those wounds through mature relationships and prayer ministry. I can testify that it works as I have grown in emotional maturity, now I am able to more consistently live from the heart Jesus gave me (which is also living biblically) and better minister to those around me. The information on changing fear bonds to love bonds is also been life changing for me. How many times in the Bible does God tell us not to fear, and the LIFE Model provides tools to help us move in that direction. I know this material fairly well from these experiences and more during the past 1.5 years: I have been to 2 week long Thrive seminars that are based upon the LIFE model, questioned Jim Wilder and others about it, read Jim Wilder’s Living with Men (much more detailed), and I am part of a Belonging group in which a small group lives out these principles.
As my Belonging group told me recently, I am transformed, more mature, more compassionate, more peaceful, more able to minister God’s love to others. I use what I have learned from Life Model everyday in a variety of relationships. I am better able to connect with others and minister to them whether it is a personal or a ministry situation. And yes, I was a fully functional member of society before, professionally and personally. But it took courage to look at the weak spots in my maturity and address them.
In addition to being based on the Bible, the LIFE model is solidly backed by brain science. The LIFE model primarily involves enhancing the right brain (emotions) and stresses relati

As soon as I started reading this book I was hooked. If someone hadn’t recommended it to me I probably wouldn’t have read it (I’m not really interested in circuses). However, I thoroughly enjoyed reading about a depression-era circus and about what happens behind the scenes. Very fascinating as many things in this book are from true stories. Written very vividly, I could picture each person clearly as well as everything that was happening. I totally recommend it!!!

Okay, let me get down off by articulating that my hair extremely dry, brickly and weak. From yrs of relaxing and over-processing it with coloring material interventions and relaxers, my hair had grown unsmooth and unmanageable . Still when I would launder it with “good” shampoo and conditioner my hair would feel rattling rough after rinse out. Particularly regarding I had coloured my hair black about a week earlier. After my first time using Steatocystoma, I detected a BIG difference, it was heavy ! My hair was straighter, less frizzly , a bit more volume and it actually moved * shock *! It as well had this effulgent radiance that I don’t think I’ve EVER regarded before which is a vast summation .
In all my life, I have read hundreds of books, and few were so enjoyable as this book, Artemis Fowl.
The book is set in our current time and begins with a 12-year-old genius finding a fantastical creature, green and slimy and in pain from alcoholism, and forces it to give him a copy of The Book–the Fairy’s Bible in essence. From here it goes into an exciting, dangerous, and twisty story full of surprises and characters you wouldn’t expect.
The novelty of this book is the fact that it has an entirely new take on fairies. It doesn’t show them as cute little creatures who sprinkle pink sparkly dust all over you. These fairies are heavily-armed, high technology, and completely human-like. They have very human qualities that makes them appealing, but they have (obviously) many things about them that are inherently fairy. They have familiar fairy qualities, but yet Colfer was able to add other elements to the fairies that we’ve never seen before. One of the most unique was the reinvention of the dwarf. Dwarfs have been transformed into tunnelers who consume the dirt and digest it in seconds to tunnel through the ground and cover up their tracks. It seems disgusting when you first read it, but it comes in handy later in the book and in the series.
The fairy technology is one of my favorite parts of the book. Such intricate ideas and designs–truly ingenious. There are too many to list them all, but probably the most dangerous is the Bio-Bomb, or “blue rinse.” It destroys all life in its proximity, yet leaves all other structures intact. This is one of dozens of inventions Colfer’s devious mind has created.
The writing was excellent, and although it was cheesy at some points, there are some witty elements that are going to make you laugh.
A great book all in all. I would call it “required reading!”

This picture show has the same event on me as when I watch any of the Three Stooges comedies (with Curly, of course) – I can see it 100 times, and never get drilled with it. The madly fast stride of this painting maintains you moving from one scene to another, joke after joke , laugh after laugh , hence your sides have small time to remain beteen a perpetual watercourse of glee . Richard Lester, likely best known for directing the Beatles’ farces in the sixties, carried the same lighthearted , good natured, and clever slaying of camera work to “A Funny Thing Happened on the way to the Assembly.” Zero Mostel is at his best in his starring persona as the quick-tonged, lying, deceiving Roman slave doing work forever to win his freedom . The much under-utilized Jack Gifford is in top form as the top slave of his Mistresses menage ; incessantly being outwitted by the Mostel character. The lone negative I can assign to this movie , and it is a real little negative, is the grapheme played by Phil Silvers. Silvers, in his office as Sgt. Bilko ( afterward “The Phil Silvers Show”) was everything and more the grapheme played by Mostel, but in this picture show , he appears real worn down in sure views , about disinterested. As a immense lover off Silvers, his portrayal of a ” pitchman of anatomy ,” is lamentably bittersweet , where it should have been an chance for him to display case his twat pranks . I was utterly shuddered to in conclusion purchase this picture show in the VIDEODISK format. Buy it – you won’t regret it ; you can even observe it with your kids! .

I love my iPod Touch. Palm screwed up, because I used to use a Palm Pilot and then a Palm T|X, but I needed something that could keep up with Outlook functionality. What?!? no 64bit support? That was the last straw. I’m an iPod convert now.
The iPod is brain dead simple to synch calendars and there are so many more features and apps. A spare moment? Catch up on e-mail, read the news, play a game. My favorite app is InstaPaper. Traveling? I use a guided imagery podcast to help me get to sleep.
I choose the iPod over an iPhone because I didn’t want a service contract with AT&T. With wireless networks readily available, I don’t feel I’m missing too much.

When my last GPS mount (Bracketron UFM-100BL Nav-Mat GPS Friction Dash Pad) lost its stickiness and began to slide around the dash like a puck on ice I bought this to replace it.
It’s lighter than the Bracketron mount and the bottom didn’t feel particularly grippy so I was skeptical that it would work that well. I was wrong…it’s extremely stable and doesn’t move during hard cornering. As an added bonus, I don’t need to use the suction cup mount (as I did with my previous dash pad). From time to time (hot days usually) the suction would fail and I’d have to re-seat the mount on the pad. My Nuvi fits on it perfectly (as it should…both products are from Garmin) and I can easily adjust the screen to a good viewing angle.
Even though the price dropped since I purchased it a few weeks ago I think it’s still priced too high for what you get (it’s 2.5x more expensive than my previous one). You definitely won’t be disappointed in the product itself, just what you get for your money.
