Conversation With God – #1 by Walsch is an excellent book, and one that I believe every rational person who is seeking enlightenment needs have in their personal library—regardless of how vast or limited it may be. This particular purchase was part of me buying it for (and sending it to) a relative of mine.

I love the Kindle! I have read more since obtaining if and also Kindle software on my computers than I have in many, many years, perhaps ever! I have been reading history and fiction and biographies and enjoying it immensely. Most of what I have been reading is free! There are over a million out of copyright books available for free. The Kindle is so much easier on the eyes than a computer screen. I can read for hours without feeling any eyestrain at all. One of the great features is the syncing. I have the free Kindle software on two PC’s and a Mac. All of my Kindle books are available on all of them. Which ever device I read on is automatically synced at Amazon so that when I go to read on a different device, it offers to open to the farthest page read in that title regardless of which device it was read on. This includes the Kindle device as well!
My only complaint is that literally within hours of ordering my Kindle 2, they stopped selling them and by the time it arrived they had announced the Kindle 3. I contacted Amazon and they allowed me to return it and order the new version. Even though the one I had purchased was not defective, and I in essence had changed my mind, they gave me a full refund, no service fee! I kept it for a little over two weeks because I didn’t want to be without it!! I am now anxiously awaiting delivery of my new Kindle 3. I have not been given a ship date as of yet, but the day I ordered it they said it was expected to ship on or before 9/07/10. Sure hope that it does as they are still back ordered. Amazon began shipping them to customers several days earlier than the announced availability day, so maybe mine will ship soon!

As I am seeking spirituality, I found this to be a most inspiring and informative read. Even though everyone will discover their own interpretation of God’s words, I believe the results will be positive. I ordered Conversations with God, book 2 before finishing book 1.

The Kindle has been a wonderful gift that I recently received, I’m commenting from my boy friend’s account who made this purchase. I recently spent a week on vacation with a women who owns the Nook and after compairing the Kindle to her Nook I am pleased that I received the Kindle. The Nook’s battery only lasts 8 hours of reading time while the Kindle’s battery lasts much longer. After reading daily at the beach, I had no need for my charger because only half of the battery life was used. RECOMMENDATION: Leave the wireless off for the battery to last much longer.
Overall, the AT&T wireless is much appreciated, which the Nook doesn’t have. The basic internet option is not the best, but works well for checking the weather and doing other quick things. The best part about the internet: NO MONTHLY FEES!!! You won’t find that anywhere else.
I highly recommend the Kindle for anyone who loves to read!!

The product was delivered almost the next day after I ordered and I was able to make use of it right away… It was fairly easy to assemble and I did not need any extra tools. It works great… I like the bigger tubs so I do not have to stop to empty and refill as often… very satisfied.
