Knowing full well that the Froth `n Sauce was a machine to make thick “whipped cream like” foam for beverages, and that I was strictly a black coffee drinker, I ordered the machine anyway. I thought it would be fun to take non-fat milk with a little syrup or powdered chocolate, and spoon my way to snack heaven without the guilt. The Froth `n Sauce exceeded my expectations in this area. The thickness of the froth (flavored or not) is not to be believed. I’ve never seen anything so thick and stable, and that includes all of the fancy coffee stores charging so much money for Lattes and Cappuccinos. I can understand why folks keep this machine on their kitchen counters for daily use. The main reason why I purchased Froth `n Sauce was the “sauce” part, and it is awesome in this department. What completely blew me away was a complete surprise. I took a Crème Brulee recipe from a cookbook and decided to play! I mixed all of the ingredients and poured the mixture through a fine strainer, directly into the Froth `n Sauce. Crème Brulee is normally baked in dishes that go into a water bath, or it can be cooked on top of the stove with careful and constant stirring to avoid scorching. Using the Froth `n Sauce, I pushed a single button and that was it! If the manufacturer of this machine changed the name of Froth n’ Sauce to a Crème Brulee or Pots de Creme maker, they would not be able to keep these machines on the shelves. Yesterday would you believe that I made PEANUT BUTTER Crème Brulee? Ummmazing!

Froth Au Lait FNS
This unit does exactly what it says it will. The froth is great, it cleans up well and easily, and the milk is a perfect temperature. I am selling mine on Amazon because I need a larger unit for my family.
Froth Au Lait Frothing
I have had this product for 10 months and it made good desserts and was able to make a nice froth for coffee. The downside is that the milk or sauce sticks to the bottom and it is hard to clean even when it is soaked. If you have a large group of people it can only froth milk enough for about 5 people. Once it is done you have to wash the container to cool it down otherwise the machine will not start. You also have to be very careful not to get the underside of the container wet. If you do you must immediately dry it. I used it for a few months and now it sits on my counter somewhat forlorn. If I was able to I would rate it 4 stars for ease of use and quality of desserts but 1 star for keeping it clean.
Froth Au Lait FNS
I purchased the Froth Au Lait several years ago, not because I needed or wanted it – but because the price was right. It was the last one at the store, [...] It’s been sitting on my garage shelf for all this time, never tried or used.
A few months ago I started drinking Skinny Vanilla Lattes at Starbucks, and decided to try to make my own. I got a Keurig coffe maker, and took down the Froth Au Lait from the garage.
I can’t believe what I’ve been missing all these years!
The Froth Au Lait works better than I could have anticipated.
I use about 3/4 cup 1% milk, and the milk is heated and frothed to perfection every time. I’ve now been using it daily for the past couple of months, and it is completely reliable. And, so easy to use.
It’s so nice when something does exactly what it’s supposed to.
