I would purchase from this seller again. I have already read this book, but who can get enough. The book is in great condition and arrived on time.

I am really enjoying this book. I was in an all white high school at this time in Decatur, GA and this is how I remember the “colored” ladies talking (but more “aint” in their language than in the book). We never saw or knew any “colored” people except those who worked for our families as maids and yardmen. We loved them but did not understand the “line” we were not to cross. Most of us were totally ignorant and thought the colored people had their own place where we were not allowed to go! We wanted to sit in the back of the bus but it was reserved for the colored people. How ironic………friends later told me the same thing, they thought we were not allowed in the balcony of the movies because it was reserved for the colored people. No one in our families ever talked about the plight of the black people. I actually had never met an educated black person until I started to work at in a hospital in 1970.
I thought it was both absorbing and interesting.
It is a book of fiction; so, dont get your dander up. Read something else if this one offends you.
I bought this based on the awesome reviews, and I’m not disappointed. I especially liked the review by the owner of a motel who said this is the best vacuum he’s ever tried. I can’t think of a better proving ground than duty at a motel.
The unit has basic features, no light, and no fancy looks. That’s fine with me. I wanted a vacuum that simply cleans well, with no B.S. or hype. That’s exactly what I got. This thing has incredible suction, with a smooth sounding, powerful motor. It lifts the carpet fibers and rips the dirt out *right now*. It does an amazing job on carpeted stairs with the T-shaped attachement–my stairs haven’t looked that clean in three years.
I also own a Hoover Steam-vac which is an awesome compliment to this vacuum. They’re a deadly duo in the fight against carpet grime.
I bought the generic HEPA bag package of 9 bags for $12 and I confirmed that the bags fit. That’s outstanding dust filtration for minimal cost.
Very glad I bought this vacuum.

Overall I was very pleased with the performance of my new Hoover. I think it does a great job of cleaning. Improvements that need to be made: 1. I use boiling water for cleaning as instructed at another third party web site. The seperate attachment cleaning device has a small rubber hose that is simply locked into a nipple by friction. I think the super hot boiling water expands the tubing enough that the tube slips off the nipple and causes a huge (and very HOT) leak. I wish they would build this part with a hose clamp to hold the tubing in place. It spoiled my otherwise very pleasant cleaning experience. 2. The clean water tank and the dirty water tanks need to be larger to cut down on frequency of refilling/dumping.

This is an amazing tool for grooming our dog, and cats too! We just adjust the pressure on the different pets – labrador retriever, short hair cat and long hair cat. The pets seem to really like it and they look great afterward. The amount of loose fur that comes off was a surprise to me even after reading so many reviews.
Kaplan Premium Light Rosin
This flash memory card is a very good product. Class 6 is the newest/best type of Flash Memory available (as of 2009). It holds over 3500 images on my Cannon SD 790IS camera (10 mega pixels), or nearly 5 hours of video on high resolution.
Transferring the images to my HP Desktop was very fast and easy with no loss of data.
PROS: lots of storage, even at high resolution on my camera I can take hours of video or thousands of pictures.
value. many people feel that they cannot trust an “off-brand” product. For example, if they have a Sony camera they must have a Sony memory card, even if it is twice the price. Even though this product is not a Sony/HP make, it does a fantastic job for less $$.
CONS: there really aren’t any, maybe price? 8 GB is a lot more than most people need but the price on AMAZON.COM was cheaper than 4 GB offerings at most other stores.
OVERALL: I would definately recommend this product to anyone.

Don’t steer away from this book just because you’re not a teenager. This book and series are both FABULOUS. I have read all four books numerous times. Stephenie Meyer is such a gifted writer!
