I can’t believe what an electronics retailer would try to have you pay for one of these.
It’s a fairly simple value proposition, so I won’t try to complicate it.
It’s cheap, it works, and compared to a retail cable, you can buy extras in case one breaks, and still have money to get a pizza to eat and drinks while watching your HD signal.

Space Sweatshirt

Perfect size for a SD card. I use it in my Pentax K-x and haven’t had any problems whatsoever in over 3 months of use. It is a really great value at the asking price, so why pay more for an expensive card?

As I am seeking spirituality, I found this to be a most inspiring and informative read. Even though everyone will discover their own interpretation of God’s words, I believe the results will be positive. I ordered Conversations with God, book 2 before finishing book 1.

Reading the reviews on amazon.com helped me select this scale. I was looking for a scale that was ACCURATE. It didn’t need all the bells and whistles the other scales offer. Just an accurate/consistent number. I have found a scale that I will be keeping. I like the fact that I can just jump on the scale without having to toe-tap the darn thing. I also like that it has the very cool blue light and big numbers/font. I would highly recommend this scale!!!

Really, an amazing device, as expected. No complaints or faults with the newest 32 gb (3rd Generation) Ipod Touch, other than the back of the Ipod seems to scratch very easily. When brand new the shiny silver back is very appealing to the eye. But, after a few months of use you will quickly notice, even with a protective cover, which I have, it will scratch and smudge very very easily. This is not true for the screen though, the screen is very scratch resistant. I had my old Ipod Touch since it’s release, until a month ago when I bought the newer Ipod Touch, and it did not have any scratches on the screen after years of use. So these are tough devices and I would and do recommend them to anyone who wants to add a little technological side to their lives. Some people don’t like touch screens, but with this Ipod, how could you not? 5 out of 5. This Ipod is simply amazing. The 3rd Generation is truly the best ipod/music player out there on the market. It is very responsive, quick, and the ipod is so quick it actually seems to know (obviously it doesn’t but) what your next finger swipe is going to be and already has it planned out before you make the action. Endless amounts of applications you can download on the Apps store and can be seamlessly downloaded directly from your Ipod, onto your Ipod. 32 gb is a lot of music, I have nearly 2300 songs and it’s not yet half full.

As soon as I started reading this book I was hooked. If someone hadn’t recommended it to me I probably wouldn’t have read it (I’m not really interested in circuses). However, I thoroughly enjoyed reading about a depression-era circus and about what happens behind the scenes. Very fascinating as many things in this book are from true stories. Written very vividly, I could picture each person clearly as well as everything that was happening. I totally recommend it!!!

I loved this book. I loved the circus atmosphere and the story. It was exceptionally well-written, and I enjoyed every page.

We have a vet student joining a circus, with mistreated animals he’s frantically trying to save and protect. We have a lovable elephant. The narrator is an old man looking back, and he recounts his tale in the immediacy of present tense as he describes situations that happened decades earlier. Interesting, and very effective choice, to write in present tense throughout.

The ONLY thing that keeps me from giving the book five stars was the lack of character development for Marlena. Throughout the story I understood the protagonist loved her, but she seemed to be the woman tied to the railroad tracks throughout – Nell being constantly tormented by Snidely Whiplash – and I never really got a sense of her as a person. Maybe I missed it (not surprising – I read the book in daily spurts while I walked a treadmill), but I didn’t even know how old she was. I got a much clearer picture of minor characters, like Rosemary, Kinko and Camel, than I ever did of her.

I also never understood the whole “water for elephants” thing that the protagonist railed about in the beginning of the book. Perhaps it was something else I missed.

Nevertheless, I loved the book, I loved the ending, and I know I’ll go back to read it again.

This vacuum worked awesome for about a month. After that it hardly picked up anything. The smallest piece of lint isn’t picked up after going over it 10 times. Don’t waste your time on this one.
