I had gone through 3 Bissell Pro-Heats before trying this Hoover SteamVac. I was lucky if I could get more than 2 full house (~1700sf house at the time) cleanings before the Bissell’s would break. This Hoover can keep up with my needs. I now have a 3600sf house with mostly white carpets, and it’s still going strong.

I would have given it a higher review but its driving me nuts that a) I can’t plan an itinerary using this model and b) I can’t figure out how or if I can save an alternative route as a favorite.

A friend of mine has the medium size one. I decided to go with the large one, and would highly recommend it. I have a medium size terrier and a large lab, and it works great on both of them.

THE CHARGER IS GREAT BUT WE HAVEN’T BEEN HAPPY WITH THE TOM TOM RIDER 2 SICE WE GOT IT. WE GOT IT IN THE WINTER AND DIDN’T USE IT MUCH UNTIL THE WEATHER WARMED SO WE THOUGHT IT WAS JUST A LEARNING TO USE PROBLEM. AFTER ALL SUMMER IT STILL SUCKS!
