The Story of Art I recommend the store, because the used book came without highlights and it wasn’t thorn.
It was a really good purchase, low price , good quality.

I like this item. It stays on the dashboard with no adhesive. I was skeptical at first but this product works and very stable. I would recommend this item.

Ok, I will admit to be biased. Stevens is a unix programming god. Or mine anyway.
However, I will dare say that again he has improved his previous good work. I felt that he improved and showed a lot more in his second edition of Volume I, and I felt the same way about volume II. While his was HARDLY the first serious book on thread programming that I have read (I also suggest programming with Posix Threads, if it interests you), his was very informative, from both a beginner and advanced standpoint. If you have only one author to buy, this is it.

The Garmin Portable Friction mount was recommended to us and we are very happy with it. It sits on the dash and does not move at all. It can be put in the console so that no one can see that we own a GPS. It is stable, strong and we are very happy with it. And…. it is much cheaper on Amazon than other sites.
