I am very happy with the scale, but the thing that has sold me on this purchase was the customer service. The scale had a small issue that I believe was caused from shipping. When I called the company that I purchased it from the owner of the company answered the phone. He walked me through a few test and determined that something was wrong with the scale. At this point I figured I would have to send back the scale and deal with that hassle. Not the case, they said to keep the one I had and they would send a new one and were very sorry for the inconvenience. I wanted to see if I could fix the one that I had (I like to fix things). I found a loose connection and was able to fix it. I called them back and canceled the shipment of the new one.
